Your Lash Questions, Answered!

Stuck on something? Our FAQs can help you navigate the world of DIY lashes!

What types of eyelashes do you offer? We offer a range of styles, from natural to volume lashes. Whether you want a subtle enhancement or a bold, glamorous look, we have the perfect lashes for you.

Are your lashes cruelty-free? Absolutely! All our lashes are 100% cruelty-free, ensuring that our products are beautiful and ethically made.

How do I apply the lashes? Press on lash clusters are meant to be applied underneath your natural lashes for a seamless, natural look. To apply, gently remove a cluster from the tray without touching the pre-glued section, place it just below your natural lashes avoiding the waterline, and use the applicator to press the cluster and your natural lashes together to secure them in place.

How long do the lashes last? With proper care, our lashes can last up to 4 days.

How do I remove the lashes? Gently peel the lashes off from the outer corner of your eye. Use makeup remover to clean any remaining adhesive from your eyelid. Clean the lashes and store them in their original packaging.

What is your return policy? For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lashes. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll assist you.

How long does shipping take? Standard shipping takes 2-5 days for NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, and ACT, and 3-8 days for NT, WA, and TAS. International shipping times may vary.

Can I wear your lashes with glasses? Yes, our lashes are designed to fit all eye shapes and can be comfortably worn with glasses.

Can i re-use pre-glued lashes? Our pre-glued press-on lashes can be cleaned and reused with lash adhesive

Can you feel them on your eye? Absolutely not. If you can feel the Cluster Lashes while wearing them, it means they haven't been placed correctly. In such cases, it's best to remove and reapply them for a more comfortable and seamless fit.

Can I shower with my pre-glued lashes? You can keep your face and eye area clean and even shower while wearing press-on lashes. When cleansing around the eyes, use a cotton swab gently to reach difficult areas. If makeup gets on the lashes, carefully remove it with a cotton swab dampened with water. Avoid using oil-based products near the eyes, as oils can weaken the adhesive
