1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (AUS): 2-3 business days for most locations in Australia, or 7-8 business days for WA , NT, TAS or Rural areas.
- Express Shipping (AUS): 1-3 business days for most locations in Australia, or 3-5 business days for WA , NT, TAS or Rural areas.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 10-20 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method chosen and the destination of your order. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment online. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by you upon delivery.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to pay customs fees, or multiple delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Loud Lashes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier for assistance.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Please be aware that certain products may be restricted for shipping to certain destinations due to local laws and regulations. If we are unable to ship an item to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
9. Changes to Shipping Information
If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or method after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed.
