1. Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our eyelashes once they have been shipped. This policy ensures that all our customers receive fresh, untouched products.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will be happy to offer a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Once we have received and reviewed your claim, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be processed, and no cancellations will be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that all sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
